Farming Simulator (FS) 22: How to get high & more than 60 FPS?
Well, if you own a very powerful GPU and still the maximum FPS achieved by the game is never above the refresh rate of your monitor(60hz in most cases), then this is probably because the Vsync setting is set to ON. Well, Vsync matches the FPS of the game to the refresh rate of your monitor, so even if your system is capable enough to run the game at high fps, Vsync won’t allow it to get past the 60FPS limit.
To get more than 60 FPS in Farming Simulator 22, you will have to disable the Vsync option. Simply head over to the Settings menu and under Display Settings, find the Vsync option, and disable it. You will also need to unlock the fps limit in-game. To do so, follow the given steps:
1) First, close the game after disabling Vsync and then go to C:\Users*yourname*\Documents\MyGames\FarmingSimulator2022 directory. This is where all your saved files will be stored.
2) Find the “game.xml” file in the folder and open it using Notepad.
3) Make sure to change the following code to this:
Once this is done, start your game and then press F3 to unlock the FPS limit. Now, your game will run on max FPS. Well, this was our guide on how to get more than 60 FPS in Farming Simulator 22. For more such guides and information on new games, make sure to stay tuned with us on AndroidGram.
