1) Resync the data:
Resyncing the data is a bit risky since there is a chance that you might lose the data that was recently added to Outlook. In your taskbar, you should see a GWSMO notification icon. Open it and chose View sync status. Look for the Synchronization Status dialog box. Select the Resync option against the data value that you wish to resync. Select one of the two options – Overwrite or Delete and resync. Selecting Overwrite will overwrite your local profile with the Google records. This depends on the data value that you select. Deleting and resyncing will clear all the files on your Outlook account and add all the data from the cloud back.
Keep in mind that the local data on your Outlook account will be deleted. If you have some important data that you have stored recently, make sure to store it manually. Confirm the resync process by selecting ‘Resync’ again. This will solve the problem with Google Workspace and Microsoft outlook sync.
2) Log analyzer:
Click here to open the Google Admin Toolbox Log analyzer. Paste all your recent trace logs in the dialog box given on the website. To find the trace logs on your device, follow these steps – C: > Users > your user name > AppData > Local > Google > Google Apps > Sync > Tracing. 3) Troubleshoot internet connection:

4) Reinstall GWSMO:
Type in ‘remove programs’ in the Windows search box. And open the first search result. This is to access the list of all the programs installed on your device. On any other device, navigate to similar settings. Now uninstall GWSMO and restart your device. Install the client again and sync Google Workspace and Microsoft outlook again. This will most definitely solve the problem for you.
