1) Reset your mobile network:
To ensure that you aren’t facing any connectivity problems, just reset your network. It is very easy to do on a mobile phone. All you have to do is, toggle the ‘Airplane Mode’ on and off. Don’t do it quickly. Be patient and wait for ten seconds before turning the airplane mode off. This will reset the cellular connection on any mobile phone.

2) Restart your device:
If resetting the connection does not fix the myAudi app not connecting to car error, then you should try to restart your phone. Many times, minor system issues get resolved by simply restarting the device. Restart your device and try connecting to your car through the myAudi app again. It should work given that there isn’t a major underlying problem.
3) Reinstall application:
You can also try to uninstall the application to get rid of any corrupted files stored in your system. Reinstall the application and set it up to connect with your car. If there was a corrupted file interfering with the app, the problem should now be solved. If the myAudi app is still not connecting to the car, try the next solution.
4) Log out of the mobile app:
You can try logging out of the mobile application and login on the “myAudi” website. Check if you can easily access all the necessary features. If everything looks good, login using the myAudi app on your device. You should now be able to easily connect to the car.
5) Reset MMI:
Resetting the MMI (Multi Media Interface) in your car can solve the issue that might be preventing your car to connect with the app. To reset the MMI, press and hold the ‘Setup’ button on the MMI control panel. While holding down the setup button, press and hold the button above the knob that is in the middle of the panel. Now, while keeping both the prior buttons pressed, press and hold the button that is at the top right side of the knob. Keep these three buttons pressed until you see a message that confirms about the reset. When the reset is done, try connecting the myAudi app to your car again.
