1) Reset your mobile network:
To ensure that you aren’t facing any connectivity problems, just reset your network. It is very easy to do on a mobile phone. All you have to do is, toggle the ‘Airplane Mode’ on and off. Don’t do it quickly. Be patient and wait for ten seconds before turning the airplane mode off. This will reset the cellular connection on any mobile phone.
2) Restart your device:
If resetting the connection does not fix the myAudi app not connecting to car error, then you should try to restart your phone. Many times, minor system issues get resolved by simply restarting the device. Restart your device and try connecting to your car through the myAudi app again. It should work given that there isn’t a major underlying problem.
3) Reinstall application:
You can also try to uninstall the application to get rid of any corrupted files stored in your system. Reinstall the application and set it up to connect with your car. While holding down the setup button, press and hold the button above the knob that is in the middle of the panel. Now, while keeping both the prior buttons pressed, press and hold the button that is at the top right side of the knob. Keep these three buttons pressed until you see a message that confirms about the reset. When the reset is done, try connecting the myAudi app to your car again.
