Pokemon Go Adventure Sync: What is it?
Pokemon Go’s adventure sync is an important feature of the game. It lets you track your movements while in Pokemon Go. And, it also tracks your movement when you are not online. The game will record your activity and generate rewards based on that. It’s great because you cannot keep Pokemon Go open on your phone all day. Now, if you travel a lot, a feature like adventure sync can be advantageous.
Adventure Sync not working on iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro: Fix
If you have just bought the all-new iPhone, ensure you have enabled adventure sync on your device. But before that, make sure you have granted location permissions to Pokemon Go. Go to iOS Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Pokémon GO > and turn Location Permissions to “Always”. Also, make sure that your Pokemon Go account is connected to Apple Health. To check this, open Apple Health and then tap on Sources. Under Apps, make sure that Pokémon GO is listed as a connected source. Now, to enable the Adventure Sync feature,
- Tap the Main Menu button.
- Visit the Settings menu.
- Tap on Adventure Sync.
- You will be requested to grant permission for Pokemon Go to access your Apple Health data.
- Adventure Sync will then be enabled.
Enabling adventure sync will get rid of the issue you are facing on iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro. That being said, know that it may take some time (hours) for the Pokemon Go app to update data from Apple Health. Also, disable the phone’s battery saver mode to prevent interference in syncing.
However, if the issue still persists, report it in detail via the in-game Support. To access Support,
-
From the Map View, open the Main Menu.
-
Tap on Settings.
-
Scroll down and select Get Support
-
Tap Contact Us in the upper right corner.
Hope your issue with adventure sync gets resolved soon!
