Wondering how to locate a Sneasel in Pokemon Legends Arceus? Well, you come across both normal and alpha forms of Sneasel in Hisui. And, there are reportedly four locations across the huge map where you can spot a Sneasel. Finding a Sneasel may not be a part of the main story of Legends Arceus, but you will need Sneasler in order to complete the eleventh main story mission. Finding a Sneasel is the only way to add Sneasler to your Hisuian Pokedex. Sneasler is a new (Hisuan) evolution of Sneasel, which, under normal circumstances, evolves into a Weavile. Sneasel’s Location in Pokemon Legends Arceus
A Hisuian Sneasel is a Poison/Fighting-type Pokemon, unlike its Sinnoh counterpart. It reportedly has grown more adjusted to the frigid climate of Hisui. A Hisuian Sneasel spawns in four named locations of Hisui. Those are:
1) Celestica Trail and Primeval Grotto in Coronet Highlands
2) Avalugg’s Legacy and Glacier Terrace in Alabaster Icelands
You can also find Johtoan Sneasel in Pokemon Legends Arceus. A Johtoan Sneasel reportedly spawns during spectacular events called Space-Time Distortion. These will appear randomly on your map and you will have to reach the location of the event in order to capture exclusive, rare Pokemons. A Johtoan Sneasel will only spawn in a Space-Time Distortion event of the Obsidian Fieldlands area. Make sure you reach the location before the event timer runs out! A Johtoan Sneasel will evolve into a Weavile – only a Hisuian Sneasel can evolve into a Sneasler. Although rare, you may also locate a Weavile in a Distortion event.
How to get a Sneasler or a Weavile?
Once you have a Sneasel, you can evolve it to get either a Sneasler or a Weavile depending on its origin. But firstly, head over to the Trade Post in Jubilife Village to buy a Razor Claw. A Razor Claw is an evolutionary item that evolves Sneasel – Hisuian or Johtoan. Talk to Simona at the Trade Post and choose to buy items. A Razor Claw costs 1400 Merit Points. Once you have a Razor Claw, use it during the daytime (in-game) to evolve a Hisuian Sneasel into Sneasler. Using a Razor Claw on a Johtoan Sneasel at night (in-game) will generate a Weavile in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
