Unable to play Super People because of network issues? Super People may be an interesting battle royale video game, but network connection errors can severely hamper gaming experiences. Although network connection errors may look intimidating, we can decode the reason behind such an error with a few simple steps. Read this article to know how to troubleshoot a network error while trying to launch/play Super People.

Super People game network connection errors: How to fix them?

In case you are experiencing any network issues while trying to play the game, do the following to fix those errors:

Restart your router.

Wireless internet connections can be very unreliable. You may face slow speeds or packet loss sometimes. However, you can try restarting your router to fix such a problem. Unplug your router and let it be for 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and switch on the power. Try launching Super People after you restart the router.

Use a wired internet connection instead of wireless.

As mentioned before, wireless internet connections can display instability from time to time. If you suspect an issue with your connection, try using a direct ethernet connection. Wired internet connections are proven to be much more stable than wireless ones. You can try connecting the same modem your router uses to your PC directly and check whether the connection stabilizes. If so, your router may have become faulty.

Try disabling IPv6 from your settings.

Check whether you are using an IPv6 connection from here. If you are using IPv6, Super People may have trouble connecting to the network. Follow the steps below to switch to IPv4 from IPv6-
1) Firstly, press WIN+R keys to open the Run dialogue box.
2) Next, type ncpa.cpl in the Run text box and press Enter key to open the network settings.
3) Right-click on your connected network and select Properties.
4) Lastly, uncheck the Internet Protocol v6 box.

That’s it. You shouldn’t face any more notorious network errors while trying to play Super People. However, if you still need help with a stubborn network issue that won’t go away, you can report it to the developers and follow their instructions to resolve it.
